Get an estimate for a project like thisEvery siding material needs its own approach. Wood has to be scraped, primed, and caulked. Fiber cement holds paint well but needs sound joints. Vinyl and aluminum can be repainted with the right products and colors. We prep each one properly so the new finish stays put.

We confirm the siding type and check boards, joints, and caulk.
Dirt, mildew, and chalk are cleaned off.
Failing paint is removed and damaged boards are addressed.
Bare and chalky areas are primed; seams are sealed.
Finish coats are applied to siding, then trim.
Wood needs the most preparation. Failing paint is scraped and sanded, bare wood is primed the same day it is exposed, and joints, seams, and nail heads are caulked or filled. Soft or rotted boards are replaced rather than painted over.
Fiber cement siding, often sold as Hardie board, is stable and holds paint well. The weak points are the joints and the caulk around trim, which we check and reseal before painting.
Vinyl can be repainted with paint formulated for it, in a color that will not overheat the panels. Aluminum siding oxidizes into a chalky film that has to be cleaned off and primed before it will take paint.
House size and number of stories set the baseline. The siding material and its condition matter most after that: heavily peeling wood takes far more preparation than sound fiber cement. Wood repairs, the amount of trim, and the number of colors round out the estimate.

Get an estimate for a project like thisYes, with paint made for vinyl. Color choice matters: colors much darker than the original can cause panels to heat up and warp, so we help you pick a safe one.
Fiber cement siding holds paint well, but the finish still weathers. Repainting and re-caulking the joints keeps water out of the seams.
If the siding is sound, painting is far less expensive. Replacement makes sense when boards are widely rotted, warped, or damaged.
Yes. Once the chalky oxidation is cleaned off and the surface is primed, aluminum takes paint well.
Minor board and trim repairs can usually be handled as part of the paint job and are listed on your estimate.
